- Implementing and driving the global strategic HR priorities and related KPIs

- Performance Managing: ensuring continuous feedback discussions
- Planning rewards: compensation planning and administrating payroll changes
- Driving engagement: implementing and acting on employee engagement surveys, supporting employee resource groups, driving diversity, inclusion & belonging
- Managing HR Systems: ensuring data quality in People Soft, Taleo, Success Factors
- Applying HR Processes: ensuring HR standards and management systems such as IATF 16949, ISO 45001 / 14001 / 50001
- Ensuring compliance: application of employment laws and code of conduct
- Supporting strategic People projects – global HR project teamwork elevating our culture
What you’ll need to suceed:
- University degree in Business Administration with HR major or comparable
- Almost five years of strategic business partnering in all major HR areas along the cycle
- Exposure to an international environment and/or manufacturing is of benefit
- Experience in the cooperation with unions and workscouncils
- Knowledge of German labor laws and regulations, Industry norms
- Good knowledge of MS Office, ideally People Soft, Success Factors, Taleo
- German language and English business fluent
- Passion for People topics
- Business insight & customer focus
- Drive for high quality results and continuous improvement
- Managing ambiguity and valuing differences
- Effective communication, influencing and compassion
