Hey there, we’re Fuse! An Australian owned-and-operated specialist Recruitment agency. We’re seeking a HR Manager 2 days a week based in our Melbourne office to provide support to our amazing teams in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide.

You will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of human resources functions within our agency. WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 6 years of HR experience, with a focus on employment, HR management, and learning and development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
