Location: Remote within the EU
Employment Contract: You will have a formal employment contract with EIT RawMaterials, and we will handle all logistics to support your remote work within the EU.

REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Solid experience in an HR generalist role, preferably within an international and fast-paced organization.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Employee Relations - Serve as the main point of contact for employee queries, addressing concerns and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding – Supervise the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new hires.
  • Performance Management - Oversee the performance appraisal process, providing support and training to managers and employees.
  • Payroll and Benefits - Administer and review compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with local regulations.
  • Training and Development - Identify training needs and organize development programs to support employee growth and career advancement.
  • Compliance - Ensure HR practices comply with local, national, and international labor laws.
  • HR Strategy - Collaborate with the HR Director to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
