ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Human Resources Manager, you will manage HR services to support Myonex GmbH’s business objectives. Collaborating closely with the Senior HR Manager, Europe and the HR Manager in, the US, you will ensure a consistent and equitable approach to HR practices globally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement people strategies to support business goals while providing performance management guidance and building strong work relationships.
• You will manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring legal compliance, and develop strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
• Your role includes facilitating training plans, managing onboarding processes, and updating HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee recruitment and build a talent management strategy.
• Manage the HRIS, payroll, and benefits.
