Responsibilities:

  • Championing HR excellence and streamlining processes for efficiency.
  • Implementing the people strategy to foster best practices and support business goals, with a focus on maintaining consistency and providing value-added support across all HR functions, including Employee Relations.
  • Promoting collaborative work practices to drive continuous improvement throughout HR operations.
  • Simplifying approaches to enable effective focus on achieving business objectives.
  • Supporting central and support programs to achieve top-tier performance.
  • Identifying and addressing key challenges faced by the business by aligning HR initiatives to deliver effective solutions.
  • Overseeing the management of the Hovis Apprenticeship program.
    The ideal candidate will be one that is passionate not only about the work they do but the brand they work for, takes ownership for what they do and is able to influence multiple stakeholders in the right way. They will also be able to focus individuals on specific tasks and behaviours, by bringing a positive, encouraging and consistent behaviour and is able to create a compelling story for the future as well as role model the Hovis Leadership Standards.
