About the role
We are looking for a passionate HR Manager (Head of) to take a new, high-impact role in Paydock. As an HR all-rounder, this role has a clear objective: to build an environment that attracts top talent and empowers them to deliver their best work. With ambitious global expansion plans, Paydock is charging our new HR Manager with setting the workforce and talent strategies that will future-proof the business and set up our people for long-term success. This is a unique opportunity to lead a small team that has made great strides in establishing a robust HR function. We are proud of the progress they’ve achieved, and you will take a pivotal role in leading and levelling up the team. As a valued member of the team, you’ll report directly to the Chief Performance Officer.
