Description:

Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with business leaders to align strategic growth goals with workforce planning.
- Develop and coach leaders on best practice.
- Introduce process improvement across policy definition, role design, CPS (KPI) and goal setting, simplification of processes to introduce improved clarity in the day-to-day business operations.
- Coach managers to develop managerial capability and autonomously lead and sustain engaged teams.
- Provide mentoring and leadership to the HR Team
- Analyse trends and metrics on HR related activities
