Responsible for the recruitment process and onboarding procedure
Carrying out Inductions for new staff (Local to Head Office)
Fully supporting CM’s in induction process when not local
Responsible for daily absence reporting onto HR Portal
Responsible for monthly reporting with Payroll Officer
Advising staff on any aspect of HR and the Company Policies
Implement new policies
Organise RTW meetings
Organise Probationary review meetings with CM’s
Audit personnel files
Load all personnel detail onto HR Portal and keep updated
Assist/advise CM’s with HR problems arising in the workplace
Monitor and advise on Trigger points on absences
Work Closely with Employment Law Company
Attend CM’s six weekly meetings when required to do so to deliver specific HR guidance
Note taking at meetings
Engaging with Occupational Health services when necessary
Organising and administrating external training for NVQ level 2 and 3 in business
Organising external training and qualifications for engineers
Organising and reporting on Internal on line training for all staff
De-mobilisation of employment contracts
Oversee and administrate TUPE transfer
