Description:
HR Partners by Randstad is excited to be partnering with an exciting global organisation set for strong growth in the APAC market for a HR Manager opportunity. Reporting to the VP of Operations and working closely with a global CHRO, you will lead and work with your national team to make a meaningful impact in the fast paced and ever changing world of supply chain automation. And, working with senior leaders in the business you will scope and deliver strategic people plans that align to the People and Culture (P&C) Strategy and overall business objectives. This is a hands on, build and growth opportunity with a good blend of strategy and operations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead and deliver programs aligned to the People and Culture strategy
- Assessing, managing and developing the HR team, its culture and capabilities
- Creating and developing policies, processes and systems
- Employee relations and Industrial Relations especially, performance management, grievances, investigations and terminations etc.
Compliance, training and driving recruitment strategiesHelping to foster a local organisational culture in alignment with the global organisation.
Ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 8 years combined strong HR generalist experience ideally in a similar role or i.e., HRBP or HR Manager level within a similar industry in manufacturing, supply chain and logistics.
- Multi-site experience, ideally 3+ sites and experience opening new sites
- People management, has experience building and developing a team of at least 5+
- Experience with large operations with hourly employees
- Hands-on approach, someone who is a builder, has a creative and innovative mind to problem solve, and drive and action P&C strategies
- Ability to prioritise, manage multiple tasks and to work under pressure to deadlines
- Ability to work across P&C teams and with a diverse range of business stakeholders at all levels
