Description:
We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will be the go-to person for all employee-related issues. Main duties involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management.
This role is very vital to Initia’s success. Promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture is a vital aspect in the kind of HR Manager we are looking for.
Responsibilities:
- Developing the company’s HR agenda
- Developing HR strategies, policies and practices
- Structuring compensation and benefit packages
- Developing and creating each position’s KPI and evaluation structure for employee
- Finding suitable government grants for the entire business entity and securing the grants
- Managing, saving, and allocating HR funds with government grants
- Provide input on workforce and succession planning as well as planning of business unit restructuring
- Accomplish and ensure projects tasked by HQ are complete according to schedule
- Handle recruitment and selection process such as posting advertisements, shortlisting and prepare employment contracts
- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing
- Learning and Development, Planning Training Plan for all staff
- Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll
- Administrator welfare matters and organizing staff activities
- Driving the performance management programs, identifying talent gaps and develop internal candidate pipelines
- Manage overall end-to-end Payroll
- Providing HR consulting and solutions on HR matters to business units on a daily basis
