Our client is a leading digital currency exchange, providing a reliable and secure platform for trading cryptocurrencies. Headquartered in Singapore and regulated by MAS, they are currently looking for a HR manager to join their high-achieving team.
The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes and support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR management or related roles.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interest in cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and their applications.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Support management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Participate in the recruitment and selection process to ensure the hiring of top talent.
- Cultivate a positive working environment and organizational culture.
- Support the performance appraisal system to drive high performance.
- Identify employee training needs and assist in providing professional development opportunities.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Support compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Aid in maintaining and updating employee records as per legal requirements.
- Support in designing and implementing competitive and cost-effective compensation and benefits plans.
- Assist in researching emerging trends, issues, and best practices in compensation and benefits.
- Support in managing HR metrics and reporting on HR activities and performance.
- Assist in handling disciplinary matters and conducting investigations when necessary.
