Our client is a leading digital currency exchange, providing a reliable and secure platform for trading cryptocurrencies. Headquartered in Singapore and regulated by MAS, they are currently looking for a HR manager to join their high-achieving team.
The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes and support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR management or related roles.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interest in cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and their applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Support management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Participate in the recruitment and selection process to ensure the hiring of top talent.
  • Cultivate a positive working environment and organizational culture.
  • Support the performance appraisal system to drive high performance.
  • Identify employee training needs and assist in providing professional development opportunities.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Support compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Aid in maintaining and updating employee records as per legal requirements.
  • Support in designing and implementing competitive and cost-effective compensation and benefits plans.
  • Assist in researching emerging trends, issues, and best practices in compensation and benefits.
  • Support in managing HR metrics and reporting on HR activities and performance.
  • Assist in handling disciplinary matters and conducting investigations when necessary.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment within the HR department.
  • Support the development of HR staff capabilities.
