Position: HR Manager, Learning & Development Coordinator
Location: Seoul, South Korea
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an HR Manager & L&D Coordinator. This role will be pivotal in managing human resources functions while also overseeing learning and development initiatives within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of HR expertise, strong communication skills, and a passion for employee development. General responsibilities include but not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Maintain HR records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.
- Identify training needs through regular assessments and consultation with department heads.
- Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR and L&D.
- Collaborate with management to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee engagement.
- Reinforce performance management systems to ensure continuous improvement and development.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee recognition programs.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Handle other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with expertise in all HR functions.
- Prior experience in designing and delivering training programs preferred.
- Strong proficiency in English and Korean languages, both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
