Responsibilities:

  • Drive HR initiatives aligned to business strategy and support the achievement of the organization business objectives.
  • Take leadership role in reviewing, aligning and revamping Compensation & Benefits programs.
  • Manage and administer annual merit cycles.
  • Build and foster a culture of employee engagement to reinforce the organization’s business strategies and culture for continuous growth and improvement.
  • Participate actively in manpower planning with department managers to meet business and operational requirements.
  • Continuously improve HR practices/processes through automation.
  • Manage corporate and regulatory reporting
  • Manage employee welfare, industrial relations
  • Guide and oversee outsourced payroll administration
  • Comply and adhere to the regulatory and company Quality and EHS requirement.
