Description:
Growing Financial Services firm are currently seeking a HR Manager to join the small team on a
12 month Fixed Term contract basis.

Immediate start
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing a number of crucial HR projects as well as day to operational aspects. Priority be will on overseeing and revamping the benefits programmes, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements, oversee compensation process making recommendations, sourcing & implementing a new HRIS system and working on company engagement, D&I initiatives and culture.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the financial services industry
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices and procedures
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Proficiency in HRIS and other software applications
Strong problem - solving and decision making abilities
