Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to analyze complex HR issues and develop practical solutions.
- Ethical Conduct: High level of integrity and ethical conduct, with a commitment to fairness and confidentiality.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office suite.
- Knowledge: Thorough understanding of labor laws and regulations, including but not limited to employment standards, equal employment opportunity, and workplace safety.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
