JOB SUMMARY

Mirbeau Inn & Spa Rhinebeck is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will support the employees of our Rhinebeck location, as well as provide guidance to management and be a liaison to Mirbeau Hospitality Services. This is a full-time, on-site position.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Familiar with computer applications and payroll processing
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must
  • Must be able to work independently and collaboratively, as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist employees and supervisors with basic interpretation of HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes by posting open positions and screening applicants
  • Assist with payroll processing
  • Manage on-boarding process utilizing AccuData Workforce Solutions
  • Assist with the execution of employee recognition programs
  • Provide customer service and support to employees on property
  • Respond to reference checks and verifications of employment
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
  • Complete termination paperwork and assist with exit interviews
  • Assist the Director of HR with HR projects
  • Assist with benefits administration on property
