JOB SUMMARY
Mirbeau Inn & Spa Rhinebeck is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will support the employees of our Rhinebeck location, as well as provide guidance to management and be a liaison to Mirbeau Hospitality Services. This is a full-time, on-site position.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Familiar with computer applications and payroll processing
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must
- Must be able to work independently and collaboratively, as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Assist employees and supervisors with basic interpretation of HR policies and procedures
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes by posting open positions and screening applicants
- Assist with payroll processing
- Manage on-boarding process utilizing AccuData Workforce Solutions
- Assist with the execution of employee recognition programs
- Provide customer service and support to employees on property
- Respond to reference checks and verifications of employment
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
- Complete termination paperwork and assist with exit interviews
- Assist the Director of HR with HR projects
- Assist with benefits administration on property
