Description:

If you are Permanent HR Manager with a HR Generalist background who has held, or currently holds, a managerial role in HR, someone who has extensive experience in tricky Employment Relation cases, we are keen to hear from you!
Job Title - HR Manager
Length - Permanent
Salary - £45,000 - £50,000k DOE
Location - Crawley - 2 Days in the office 3 days from home
Monday - Friday

DESCRIPTION.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to.

  • Advise senior management on HR matters encompassing workforce planning, talent management, and organisational development to foster strategic growth.
  • Conduct employee relations activities, including disciplinary and appeal meetings, ensuring equitable treatment, and nurturing a positive work environment.
  • Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations through regular audits and policy updates, providing guidance to maintain compliance.
  • Support managers and employees on various employment matters, facilitating positive relations and conflict resolution.
  • Spearhead diversity and inclusion initiatives to cultivate a culture where every employee feels valued and empowered.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative organisational culture that prioritises employee well-being.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, employing creative strategies to attract top talent and enhance employer branding.
  • Address current and future talent needs through diverse recruitment methods.
  • Develop talent enhancement programs to enrich skills, knowledge, and career paths for employees.
  • Establish feedback and coaching frameworks to aid line managers in evaluating individual performance and behaviours.
  • Analyse feedback trends to identify organisational training needs and coordinate training programs to elevate employee competencies.

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • (CIPD) MCIPD or Chartered FCIPD status (preferred), CIPD-accredited undergraduate or postgraduate degree in HR management or related fields.
  • CIPD Level 7 qualification
  • Driving Licence required
  • Experience as a HR Generalist background but who has held, or currently holds, a managerial role in HR - who has extensive experience in tricky Employment Relation cases,
  • Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably within a fast-paced and growing organisation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in managing HR functions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a commitment to driving continuous improvement and innovation
