Description:
Our client is a market leader in its field and has undergone a significant HR transformation over the past year. With a new HR Director onboard, they now require a HR Manager to support and work closely alongside the business. Managing a Senior HR Administrator, you will be working with the HR Director to execute through several HR initiatives. This will include the roll-out of a new HR system, updating HR policies and processes, implementing new employee engagement initiatives, become an Ambassador for DE&I, oversee recruitment and retention and with the support of the HR Director, lead on a number of new learning and development programmes and manage the Apprenticeship Levy.
This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a variety of HR operations whilst also working with the HR Directors on several company-wide projects. Joining at a time when the HR is becoming more prevalent across the business, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the People Agenda. Managing the Senior HR Administrator, you will also ensure all HR processes are running efficiently including onboarding and offboarding of employees. With previous HR Generalist experience at Advisor/Manager level, you will demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills, strong levels of emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills at all levels within an organisation. A collaborative approach, strong ER knowledge and any previous experience of managing junior HR members of staff would be desirable.
Please note his role is a 30 hour a week position. You will be expected to work five days a week but reduced hours each day. This will also be a hybrid position with the expectation of being in the office ideally three days a week
