Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
The HR Manager, will provide end to end Generalist support across the business, partnering closely with business leaders across all aspects of HR. Reporting to the EGM, you will partner with the business to add value and achieve business goals. Your daily responsibilities will revolve around providing expert advice, guidance, and training to all managers on HR matters.
Within this position, your scope will also encompass recruitment, where you will be involved in assisting with the full recruitment process for both blue- and white-collar roles. Employee relations will also make up a significant part of your responsibilities, and you will be responsible for managing an employment relations caseload. Additionally, you will also oversee the probationary and performance review processes while ensuring strict adherence to legislative requirements and company policies.
