Responsibilities:
The Human Resources Manager will provide leadership and functional HR management support to field sales, and manufacturing & warehouse teams in Harrisburg & Newville, PA with oversight of the Central Zone within the Pennsylvania Market in PBNA’s North Division. The position will be primarily be based in Harrisburg, PA. This person will have 2 Direct Reports- A Staffing Analyst and HR Associate.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Bachelor’s Degree required; major in Industrial/Labor Relations, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or other related field preferred
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, or Human Resources Management preferred
• 5-7 years Prior Human Resources and Leadership experience
• We are looking for candidates with experience supporting front-line employees and field-based client groups in a manufacturing or distribution center environment
• Preference for Labor Relations experience (Grievance Management, Arbitrations, and Contract Negotiations)
