Our client is a Family Office in Singapore, they are going to setup office. The role will handle all HR issues and support Company owner。
Job Role
Supervise, drive, and grow the recruiting team
Improve on current process and implementing new business processes and procedures
Monitor various recruiting metrics, costs analysis, effectiveness of Research to provide reports to the management
Recommend and execute action plans to improve the employer brand
Coordinate with various departments to forecast future hiring needs
Building up the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, external vendors and internal stakeholders
Other ad-hoc duties may apply
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree from a top-ranked university
At least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience (Preferably in the Recruitment Staffing industry or headhunter)
Motivated and driven individual who takes great pride in high quality work
Proven work experience in Managerial / PM level
Strong business acumen, analytical skills and use of data to advice on key business insights
