Reporting to the People Services Manager, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in partnering with business operations to deliver strategic HR plans and solutions while ensuring effective organisational support functions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Partner with business operations to deliver strategic HR plans and solutions, focusing on improving people-related performance and productivity.
  • Manage complex caseload of ER matters.
  • Provide accurate and timely guidance and assistance on employee relations and industrial relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary procedures, and dispute resolution, and improvement plans.
  • Offer specialist coaching and advice to senior leaders on a broad range of people management topics, emphasising the creation and sustenance of engaged and high-performing teams.
  • Develop and implement robust and fit-for-purpose resources to support leaders and employees in navigating HR matters.
  • Facilitate professional development goals and training needs of staff, both internal and external
  • Support workforce compliance with all Occupational Safety and Health legislation, policies, and procedures.

Skills and experience required:

  • Substantial experience in delivering and overseeing contemporary HR services at a senior level within a complex organisational setting.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in people leadership, with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability in project management and leading organisational change initiatives.
  • Adherence to values-driven, safe, and supportive leadership principles.
  • Track record of successful collaboration, influence, and relationship cultivation.
  • Tertiary qualification is advantageous.
