Job Title: HR Manager
Reporting to: CEO
Department: HR
Prosperous Financial are seeking a HR Manager whose core values align with ours and who understands the importance of our holistic lifestyle financial planning approach.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
At least 5 years experience in a senior HR position, HRBP or HR Manager
Must have experience working with Irish employment laws
Have lead and developed a team
Ability to work at a fast pace with varying priorities
Strong attention to detail, ability to work to tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills with an ability to deal with all levels in a confident and professional manner.
