REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience in retail, hospitality, or FMCG.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in local employment laws and best practices.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to develop and execute ideas, reports, and budgets.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft job descriptions, advertise openings, and conduct interviews.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and manage employment actions in line with the company SOP.
  • Develop and manage payroll budgets, and conduct HR data analysis.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and counseling.
  • Lead recruitment and training efforts for new staff, or support management in these processes.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from onboarding to payroll processing.
  • Monitor and enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Provide advice to management on legal compliance and HR policies.
  • Conduct job evaluations and recommend pay structure revisions.
  • Supervise daily HR department operations, ensuring efficiency.
