Currently partnering with government and private sector clients in the Geelong region, Randstad is seeking an experienced Human Resource generalist for a current HR Manager vacancy in Geelong / Bellarine Peninsula.   • Salary: Ranging from $110,000 - $120,000+ superannuation
  • Employment Type: Full-time ongoing
  • Location: Geelong / Bellarine Peninsula
  • Onsite role

Responsibilities include:

Employee and Industrial Relations:

  • Proactively manage employee relations matters.
  • Provide guidance on workplace policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to address and resolve industrial relations issues.
  • Keep executive managers informed and coordinate performance processes.

Staff Recruitment, Orientation, and Induction:

  • End-to-end recruitment from sourcing to on-boarding.
  • Conduct interviews, manage contracts, and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

HR Management and Administration:

  • Manage personnel records, ensuring compliance with legislation.
  • Assist with HR reporting, analytics, and related documentation processes.

HR Policy and Compliance:

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies.
  • Streamline administrative processes and monitor staffing needs.
  • Manage leave requests, maintain HR records, and coordinate reviews.
  • Administer HR reports, conduct exit interviews, and manage property returns.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Relevant qualification in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
