Description:
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree & above, Major in business administration, Human resource or similar background. M.S in Human resource or MBA is preferred.
- At least 3 years HR working experience in CDMO companies or pharmaceuticals.
- At least 5 years of experience and track record in HR management for oversea countries.More than 3 years of experience and track record in HR team for oversea management is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure that HR information, policies and processes are available, accurate and timely and make sure it is well understood and implemented in subsidiaries and business units.
- Participate in budget, forecast and planning, especially compensation and benefits.
- Responsible for recruitment planning and Implementation of recruitment activities in terms of candidate selection, assessment, conducting interview and offer process.
- Continuously drive the recruitment process improvement for optimization.
- Responsible for developing, managing and executing compensation and benefits initiatives and support in attracting, motivating and retaining employees.
- Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, handling labour disputes, ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and seeking fair resolutions.
- Handle staffing issues, e.g. involving job transfer, employee relations, termination cases, on board & exit management etc.
- Administrate the performance management activities of each subsidiaries and business units to ensure the quality and efficiency.
- Support business managers and employees in finding solutions for dept. specific and individual HR issues.
- Ensure subsidiaries with HR policy and legislation.
- Billingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with China counterpart. Good in written Chinese.Other admin tasks and ad hoc duties as and when assigned by top managements.
