Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As the Human Resource Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organisational culture. You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive HR advice across various areas such as recruitment, workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning. Your ability to identify the people needs of our business will be crucial in supporting our venue operations. As a trusted partner to the owners and CEO, your input will be invaluable in fostering a high-performance culture that builds employee and organisational capability. Your expertise will also be called upon to provide advice to managers on employment conditions, policy interpretation, and workplace issues.
- Provide HR advice and services in areas such as recruitment, WHS, workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning
- Identify people needs of the business and support HR components of venue operations
- Act as a trusted partner to the owners and CEO in developing a high-performance culture
- Provide advice to managers on matters relating to employment conditions, policy interpretation, and application to workplace issues
- Lead the development, implementation, and review of HR policies and procedures
- Work with managers to develop the people component of their annual planning process
- Coach and support managers in all aspects of performance management
