Our client is seeking a highly skilled and empathetic HR Manager to join their team in for one of their offices located in the West of Singapore. This role is perfect for an individual who thrives in a collaborative environment, has a deep understanding of the dynamic needs of the industry, and possesses the ability to resolve business complexities with agility.

As a Human Resources Business Partner - HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s human resources strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to steer HR initiatives that align with the dynamic needs of the industry. You will manage both HRBP and Talent Acquisition responsibilities, ensuring top talent is attracted, developed, and retained within our organisation. Overseeing the entire employee journey from onboarding to development and succession planning will be a key part of your role. You will also design and administer competitive reward systems that motivate employees while adhering to industry standards. Lastly, your expertise in navigating union matters will be crucial in fostering constructive dialogue and negotiating agreements that support both employee and organisational interests.

The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Business Partner - HR Manager position brings a wealth of experience in human resources management. You have proven experience as an HRBP or similar role where you’ve demonstrated your ability to align HR initiatives with business needs. Your strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition strategies and experience in Employee Lifecycle Management will be key to attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. Your ability to design and administer competitive reward systems that motivate employees and adhere to industry standards will be highly valued. Additionally, your experience in handling union matters effectively and your excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to foster constructive dialogue and negotiate agreements that support both employee and organisational interests.

  • Proven experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition strategies
  • Experience in Employee Lifecycle Management including onboarding, development, and succession planning
  • Ability to design and administer competitive reward systems
  • Experience in handling union matters effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster constructive dialogu
