The HR Manager provides general support to the Director of Human Resources in a wide range of HR functions in the day-to-day operation of the department. The Manager manages the entire recruiting life-cycle in compliance with facility and UHS standards to include but not limited to position acquisition, sourcing and advertising, Applicant Tracking System (ATS) management, resume screening, interviewing, feedback management and hiring recommendations, offer presentation and negotiation, and on-boarding of all candidates, and maintains personnel files to meet regulatory and internal standards. The Manager leverages the candidate-facing communications, including management of facility social media. The Recruitment Manager will be expected to provide recommendations to HRD to support administrative decisions, using skills and applying knowledge to manage HR-related projects as needed, while ensuring HR activities are in compliance with state and federal laws, licensing and accreditation bodies, and facility contracts.
Qualifications:
EXPERIENCE:
- 3-5 years of Human Resources/Recruitment experience required.
- Experience in healthcare recruiting strongly preferred.
- Prior ATS experience is required with experience in managing recruitment process flow. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to effectively prioritize workload and provide support to existing personnel. Excellent phone, writing and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate with vendors, recruitment team members, Executives, C-suite and internal UHS departments. High energy with experience in recruiting/staffing. Strong writing skills, analytical skills, critical thinking and ability to take initiative. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to effectively prioritize workload and provide support to existing personnel. Strong technical skills using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher). Demonstrates ability to work in a team environment and contribute creatively and collaboratively. Ability to meet the demands of the diverse and changing needs of the organization.
