This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor or current HR Manager within the hospitality industry, ready to develop their career in HR and People in an exciting bar and restaurant brand.
This role will support all aspects of the employee journey, from recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, appraisals and job evaluations, training and development, as well as managing the HR advisory team.

• Reporting to Head of HR
• Working with your own set of venues as the go-to HR contact, working collaboratively to support employee relations queries and casework, with ownership of complex HR queries.
• Managing a small team of HR advisors, including supporting them with daily queries, allocation of casework and development opportunities.
• Working with the Ops Team to deliver a high-quality HR function.
• Managing the people inbox.
• Analysing HR Information System data and providing reports to the Senior Management Team on retention and absence.
• Supporting and conducting exit interviews, collating and reporting on the findings.
