Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a People Analytics Specialist at Essity, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of HR analytics. Your role will involve supporting the execution of our analytics roadmap, translating HR system data into meaningful analytics, and promoting data-driven decision-making throughout the organization
This position is part of our Global Business Services (GBS) team and serves as a partner to the entire HR organization at Essity. You will report to the Manager, HR analytics and Reporting based in the UK. This is a global role, delivering professional services daily to our internal customers across more than 35 countrie s.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Design, develop, implement and use HR KPI dashboards for various stakeholders based on business requirements.
  • Perform data analysis using Power BI and provide data insights to understand KPI trends and facilitate strategic decisions.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, understand their reporting requirements and advise them on potential solutions using existing systems.
  • Offer business partnering support through data-driven analysis and insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders within and outside HR to discuss improvement opportunities to ensure an optimal usage of existing HR data through state-of-the art technologies.
  • Ensure adherence and compliance with internal and external GDPR related policies and procedures/guidelines.
  • P resent data analysis &-insights to various HR stakeholder s .
  • Support the HR community to drive data quality in the HR system by designing and delivering data quality checks.
