Description:

EKFC is currently seeking a dedicated HR Manager Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be tasked with leading the development and implementation of our People Strategy, working closely with business stakeholders to deliver impactful HR solutions. Your responsibilities will include ensuring efficient daily operations across the HRBP function by providing people management and development support related to strategies, initiatives, and challenges. QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor*s degree in business administration or HR, CIPD is desirable.

EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:

Minimum 7 years* experience leading HR business partner strategies and managing the provision of services related to performance management, employee engagement, and change management.
Experience gained within a large organisation and must have led a team overseeing a range of HR initiatives and services.

Ability to communicate effectively with all organisational levels

Ability to understand business needs and anticipate future problems/risk, develop simple and effective solutions
