Description:
The HR Officer will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, conducting interviews, onboarding new employees, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have a solid understanding of employment laws and regulations.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Officer to join our team. The HR Officer will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and procedures, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
- Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Assist with employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and employees
- Support performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Conduct training sessions on HR-related topics for managers and employees
- Stay current on HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus
