As a HR Officer, you will join the highly-experienced, proactive and collaborative HR department in providing HR assistance to all employees located on their Kildare site. Duties will include;

• Leading employee relations cases including managing disciplinaries and grievances by conducting investigations
• Assisting with full 360 recruitment process- devising job descriptions, posting job adverts, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews providing feedback, providing job offers, completing reference checks.
• Completing inductions of all new employees coming into the organisation- delivering training on company policies and procedures etc.
• Updating HR System to reflect accurate employee personnel details- probation, absence, salary and address information.
• Assisting the payroll department to notify them of new starters, leavers, promotions, maternity and paternity cases.
