Description:

Great opportunity to provide administration support to our HR team. Join the most trusted residential builder in Australia including McDonald Jones Homes. Honeysuckle Newcastle location, 6-month contract.

  • Management of the HR Inbox and following up on requests from our managers and employees
  • Assisting with the first stage drafting of employment agreements
  • Issue and manage induction training records
  • Coordinate our company wide employee recognition or service programme which includes proactively running regular reports, ordering of gifts, and distributing to relevant offices as required
  • Liaise with payroll to ensure accurate data is recorded for payment
  • Regularly using the HRIS system (Cornerstone) and ensuring all data entered is accurate
  • Providing an exceptional internal and external stakeholder experience and engagement

  • Previous experience working in an administrative role to a busy team is highly regarded
  • High level of attention to detail with time management and prioritisation skills
  • Keen to learn and progress your career in HR
