Description:
Great opportunity to provide administration support to our HR team. Join the most trusted residential builder in Australia including McDonald Jones Homes. Honeysuckle Newcastle location, 6-month contract.
- Management of the HR Inbox and following up on requests from our managers and employees
- Assisting with the first stage drafting of employment agreements
- Issue and manage induction training records
- Coordinate our company wide employee recognition or service programme which includes proactively running regular reports, ordering of gifts, and distributing to relevant offices as required
- Liaise with payroll to ensure accurate data is recorded for payment
- Regularly using the HRIS system (Cornerstone) and ensuring all data entered is accurate
- Providing an exceptional internal and external stakeholder experience and engagement

- Previous experience working in an administrative role to a busy team is highly regarded
- High level of attention to detail with time management and prioritisation skills
