Description:
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
- Assist HR Manager on preparation of the organisation training plan
- To utilise Oracle Netsuite to allow HR and employees to better track their training activities during the course of the year
- Administer and arrange the mandatory core skills training program required by BCA (CSOC, coretrade), ensure the yearly BCA coretrade renewal is in place and training requirements are met
- Administer grants/ fund application for eligible training courses
- Review and update HR Management Procedure when changes occurred
- Maintain all training records
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess preferably diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent. Nitec holders can be considered.
- Candidates with relevant experience with non-related qualification are highly encouraged to apply
- Need for a passion for human resources and a people-centric mindset
- Good English writing and communication skills is a MUST for this role
- At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position, diploma holders with limited working experience are welcome to apply too.
- Required Skill(s): training and development, employee relations, organisational development
- Preferably Junior officers specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
- Updating of vehicle repair and petrol costs (all vehicle related issues)
- Monitoring vehicle COE expiry and insurance renewal and purchase of road taxes for full fleet of company vehicle system. Updating vehicle info on the vehicle fleet management system
