Description:

Job Purpose:
The HR Officer will primarily be responsible for managing and providing support in the various Human Resource functions including employee documentation, employee relations, recruitment, training and staff accommodation.

For this position, prior school experience within the UAE is essential.

  • Main duties and responsibilities:
  • Processing employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Employee Relations
  • Carry out all HR Operations related administrative tasks

Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word/XL/PowerPoint)
  • Must be pro-active, resourceful, and have attention to detail
  • Displays tact, diplomacy, sensitivity and confidentiality

Qualifications:

  • Graduate with prior HR related experience
  • HR qualification advantageous but not essential

Experience:

  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in a school environment
  • Familiar with the UAE Labour and Immigration laws
  • Hours are 7.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 7.30am - 12noon

This is a full-time position
Salary 7,000aed - 8,000aed based on experience
