Responsibilities:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide necessary administrative support for all human resource functions
  • Assist with sorting, scanning and filing of documents
  • Maintain employee’s personal files
  • Prepare daily attendance report
  • Track and maintain employees’ medical leave records
  • Assist with the preparation of documents/emails when requested
  • Coordinate with dormitory operators for dormitory matters (check in/out, logistic arrangement, etc.)
  • Any other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned
