Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Officer with a strong background in human resources and in-depth knowledge of departmental functions. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our organization’s human resources activities while understanding the unique needs and requirements of different departments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role ( 3 years Above).
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of departmental functions within an organization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Driving License Mandatory
  • Pref Language- Hindi and Englis
