Description:

Reporting to the Manager, HR & Transformation Division, this role will support various HR functions, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, training operations, and acting as the Netsuite Admin for HRTD. This role also involves collaborating with different departments to ensure the smooth execution of HR processes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding procedure of new employees and interns, including but not limited to screening candidates, scheduling interviews, tracking new hires’ document submissions, preparing welcome kits, and collaborating with internal stakeholders on seating arrangements and system access.
  • Support training administrative duties, including but not limited to registering for courses, maintaining accurate and up-to-date training records, tracking post-training evaluation records, preparing simple training reports, and providing logistical support for in-house training.
  • Update staff details in the Finance System.
  • Process invoice payments for HR & Transformation Divisions, such as training invoices in the Finance System.
  • Assist in the offboarding procedure of employees and interns, including but not limited to tracking offboarding documentation and the return of assets.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in HR/admin portfolio.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling HR documentation.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with Netsuite administration is an advantage.
  • Self-driven professional with a high degree of integrity.
  • Work Schedule: 2 days per week (Mon to Fri) from 8:45 am to 6 pm

This is a 6-months contract position
