About the Company
Our client is a renowned Chinese Bank with strong presence across the globe, is now looking for a HR Officer to join their team.
About the Job
This is a new role with pockets of opportunities to learn and grow with the team. The role reports to the Senior HR and will be responsible for the HR affairs including but not limited to, recruitment, payroll, training and HR administration.
Recruitment and On-boarding:
- Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Facilitate on-boarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Employee Relations:
- Address employees’ queries and concerns regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and issues, promoting a positive work environment.
Performance Management:
- Support the implementation of performance appraisal processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
- Collaborate with managers to identify training and development needs for staff members.
HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Process HR-related documentation such as employment contracts, changes in employment status, and termination paperwork.
Compliance and Policy Implementation:
- Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring HR policies and practices align with legal requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Benefits Administration:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and other perks.
- Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and enrolment processes.
Training and Development:
- Coordinate training initiatives and programs to enhance employees’ skills and competency.
- Evaluate training programmes.
Skills and Experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, or related field.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in HR field, preferably in the banking industry.
- Excellent relationship builder with strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with all internal/external parties
- Proactive in problem solving, liaising and following up with team members across different subsidiaries.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent priority management and organizational skills
