Description:
Support with the delivery of the Thrive at Moorfields health and wellbeing programme, taking an evidence-based practice approach that deploys interventions at an individual, group, leader and organisational level. This will include support with the delivery of the presentations to increase awareness of, and engagement with, the programme. Work with key stakeholders to understand the wellbeing needs of the workforce. Work with key stakeholders to research, develop and implement any new H & W initiatives.
Work with the Health and Wellbeing Advisor to develop robust systems for the measurement and monitoring of take-up of employee benefits and health and wellbeing initiatives by Trust staff and make recommendations for the improvement of take-up. Work closely with MEH charity and Friends of Moorfields on initiatives that they fund. Explore potential opportunities to participate in externally funded projects/initiatives. Ensure that all work life balance, flexible working, and other benefits contribute to leveraging the skills and talents of all Trust Staff.
Communication Produce regular communications for staff and managers promoting employee benefits and health and wellbeing initiatives in the Trust. Respond to OD queries on the helpdesk. Update the Health & Wellbeing intranet page by updating information and adding new benefits/initiatives when necessary. Deliver health and wellbeing awareness sessions across the divisions
