Our client is a biotech company.

THE REQUESTED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS JOB INCLUDE:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in HR with at least 5 years’ experience.
  • Experience in an international company as HR officer/Payroll administrator.
  • Good knowledge of Belgium labor law, social security and income tax.
  • Experience with payroll and benefits administration in other EU countries will be a big plus.
  • Experience with the implementation of HRIS.
  • Accurate, can-do mentality, excellent communication skills in English and Dutch, French is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of IT tools (MS Office, MS Excel) Knowledge of SD worx tools (payroll and self service) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute monthly payroll for Belgium.
  • Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Coordinate benefits administration (insurances, cars, phones, etc.)
  • Coordinate all training activities.
  • Coordinate recruitment interviews.
  • Other HR activities such as update HR policies, etc.
