As the HR Officer (Visa & Immigration) at Cloud Imperium Games, you will be joining our ‘Studio Experience Team’ who have overall responsibility for ensuring our studios are a great place to work and most importantly supporting and being there every step of the way for our awesome colleagues. It’s so important for us to ensure that everyone has the best onboarding and employee experience possible, which is exactly where you come in.
As the HR Officer for Visa & Immigration you will work as part of the HR team and will take overall responsibility for supporting the full visa and immigration process and as well as supporting HR needs.

What does an HR Officer do?

  • Support the administrative side of the HR department and ensure all documentation is meticulously maintained and up to date, including all HR systems and reports;
  • Support with any queries, and provide employees with advice and assistance regarding human resource issues, policies and procedures;
  • Support the HR team with various employee welfare issues, grievances and disciplinary investigations;
  • Responsible for the company’s sponsor license and the sponsor management system.
  • Manage the visa application process for new hires and existing employees, providing accurate support and advice.
  • Ensure that sponsorship duties (e.g. recording, keeping, and reporting duties) are met and maintained to a high standard.

What do we expect from our HR Officer?

  • Prior experience within an HR department.
  • Knowledge of UK immigration processes.
  • High levels of attention to detail and organisational ability.
  • Committed to providing a helpful, friendly and responsive HR service
  • Experience handling applications for UK visas via a sponsor license for skilled workers.
