Description:

detail-oriented HR & On-boarding Specialist to join our dynamic team. The HR & On-
boarding Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of
day-to-day HR activities across our Global People function. The ideal candidate
will possess an exceptional administrative background, strong communication
skills, and a passion for contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proven experience as an HR officer or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
DESIRABLE SKILLS
- Knowledge of business visa applications
- An interest in or knowledge in commodities, energy, or financial markets.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all the onboarding and orientation process for new hires,including paperwork and introductions to company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including right-to-workchecks and tracking.
- Support in any employee immigration processes as directed by the team.
- Supporting contracts, offers of employment and employee changes, such asprobation period confirmation, salary changes, promotions, transfers, andtermination, as directed.
- Act as a liaison between Talent Acquisition (TA) and HR.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providingtimely and effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with the HR team to address employee relations issues andfoster a positive work environment.
