As the HR Operations and Benefits Manager, you will play a crucial role in our HR department, overseeing HR operations, benefits management, and the entire HR process from recruitment to hiring. You’ll have the opportunity to shape our HR strategies, enhance employee experiences, and support our organization’s growth.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

  • Job Title: HR Operations and Benefits Manager
  • Location: Solon, OH
  • Work Hours: Full Time
  • Base Salary Range: $65,000 to $85,000 per year
  • Benefits: Health insurance, 401K, profit sharing, paid time off
    Requirements:

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree in HR or a related field can be an advantage.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations and benefits management, with a proven track record in both areas.
  • Strong background in HR compliance and a deep understanding of federal and state regulations related to benefits and HR processes.

  • Lead and optimize HR operational processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

  • Design, implement, and administer employee benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local HR and benefits regulations.
  • Conduct recruitment and talent acquisition activities, ensuring high-quality hires.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives.
  • Maintain a budget for HR operations and benefits, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
