Description:

Supports international or multi-site Human Resources projects and operational activities independently or with minimal supervision (70%). Handles complex incoming inquiries and directs them to appropriate Human Resources specialists as needed (30%).

Skills & experience

  • Ability to plan and prioritise tasks in a high-volume environment

  • Continuous improvement mindset to drive efficiency and process improvement
  • Experience maintaining confidential and accurate data within a HR Information Syste

Responsibilities:

  • Supports core HR operational work for the full crew life cycle from onboarding to offboarding
  • Responds to crew and leader inquiries about HR policies and processes. Assesses complexity of requests and answers directly or escalates to other Human Resource specialists.
  • Partners with key internal teams to support the accurate and timely payment and administration of benefits for crew.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
  • Leverages various internal systems to respond to, document, and monitor inquiries. Educates crew on self-service options.
  • Builds Human Resources acumen and business acumen to serve crew more effectively. Assists Human Resources crew with miscellaneous tasks as needed.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
