To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for an HR Operations Lead that will hold responsibility for HR Payroll and HR Admin processes and Controls and will act as a key point of contact for Internal Control, inclusive vendor management.
Responsibilities:

IF YOU HAVE THESE SKILLS, WE WOULD LOVE TO MEET YOU:

  • At least 3 years of experience on a similar role and strong knowledge on the payroll process and basic HR transactions (hire to Retire processes)
  • Previous experience in matrix environments/ shared services center
  • People management experience
  • Good knowledge and understanding of local legislation and labor law
  • Show strong program/ project management capabilities and anticipation of risks/issues, negotiation, conflict resolution, audit processes knowledge
  • Expert Excel user
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to transform data into meaningful insights
  • Team player, great at collaborating with others
  • Integrates and simplifies complex or competing information for timely decision making
  • Collaborates well with others to deliver results
  • Able to act as an internal consultant
  • Able to demonstrate agility and resilience in a dynamic organization

Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR Ops agenda and local team (Employee Services, HR Admin and Payroll)
  • Leads data quality and accuracy controls in all HR systems and reporting
  • Improves efficiency, seeks simplifying and standardizing local processes
  • Stays up to date with local legislation and proposes recommendations for action based on legislation changes in labor law
  • Builds partnership with our Shared Services Teams to ensure a unified team approach
  • Tailors & Implements Global HR Operations initiatives related to technology, applications, and processes, factoring in local specificities and in partnership with local stakeholders.
  • Keep close collaboration with various teams across Europe and Globally and other external partners to ensure the delivery of tailored best-in-class HR operations programs of the highest standards.
  • Works closely with Finance for accruals, accounting entries, audits, Cross-charges, budget planning
  • Oversee Expat management (paperwork, expenses, reporting, budget)
  • Leads adoptions of Lean ways of working in the team focused on continuous improvement, problem solving aiming to always deliver quality services first
