Responsibilities:

WORKING AS PART OF GROUP SERVICES YOUR ROLE WILL BE TO DELIVER THE OPERATIONS & HR RECRUITMENT FUNCTION FOR GOUGH RECRUITMENT .

Gough Recruitment is a specialist recruiter in Property, Construction, and Real Estate. We operate across Sydney - Melbourne - Brisbane - Perth - Hong Kong and employ about 80x staff currently with plans to grow over the coming year.

THE ROLE:

We are looking to hire Group HR Recruitment & Operations Manager to take ownership across the key areas, that are the backbone of our business. You will play a key role within the leadership team and work across key business functions of facilities, operations, and Human Resources.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with the leadership team across APAC
  • Spearhead special projects across operations, IT/technology,
  • Deal with HR issues and develop strategies for staff retention including recruitment of roles internally at Gough,
  • Assist Business leaders to support them in HR & Operations Function
  • administration, and legislation
  • Review & Develop our on-boarding/offboarding
  • Involvement in compliance with contractor database
  • Continual improvement of office policies and procedures
  • Arrange the mid year & end of year Leadership Conferences
  • manage all key supplier relationships and contracts registers
  • Project office moves and renovations and office fit-outs across the group
  • Coordinating office lease renewals
  • Ensure standards are maintained across the network
