We currently have an opening for a HR Operations Reporting Specialist to join our Home Office HR Team.
The HR Operations Reporting Analyst is responsible for generating, analyzing, and presenting HR data and reports to support operational decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Operations Managers, and other stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.

REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR reporting, data analysis, or related roles strongly preferred
  • A four-year degree in Business/Human Resources plus related work history may be considered in lieu of the experience listed.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and other HR technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

Responsibilities:

  • Collecting and compiling HR data from various sources, including HRIS, payroll systems, time tracking tools, and employee surveys.
  • Developing and maintaining a suite of standard and ad-hoc reports to track key operational metrics such as staffing levels, labor costs, turnover rates, and employee engagement.
  • Analyzing trends and patterns in HR data to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate HR data with other business data sources to provide holistic insights into organizational performance.
  • Providing timely and accurate reporting support to HR Business Partners to enable data-driven decision-making at all levels of the organization.
  • Creating visually compelling dashboards and data visualizations to effectively communicate complex information to non-technical audiences.
  • Ensuring data integrity and accuracy by conducting regular audits and reconciliations of HR data sources.
  • Staying abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in HR analytics and reporting to continuously enhance our reporting capabilities.
